This role is outstanding because you will be at the forefront of crafting a supply chain location management solution. Your work will improve efficiency, offer seamless tracking inside and outside, and enhance ETA predictions. By joining our team, you will contribute to strengthening the capacity of our asset-tracking application, bringing your world-class experience in software development. We strictly adhere to modern development methodologies and tools such as continuous integration, agile development, and test automation to craft and successfully implement innovative, high-quality software.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software engineering projects, with a strong focus on backend development
- Extensive experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Demonstrated experience in team and technical leadership, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- A can-do attitude and solution-oriented approach
- Solid backend application development expertise
- Familiarity with Linux environments
- Hands-on experience with REST API development

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership on entire projects or subprojects
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and estimation of project tasks, including planning and execution
- Support and supervise other team members, ensuring they thrive in a collaborative environment
- Assist developers in problem-solving to ensure the delivery of world-class solutions
- Identify and address technical risks, determining the best ways to navigate and mitigate them
