Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our agile teams. The Junior Project Manager will coordinate internal and external resources, manage project execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or Bachelor’s degree in Business.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in an management, budgeting, analysis would be usefull
• Skills:
o Should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis.
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.
o Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile).
o Risk management skills, adaptability.
o Planning, monitoring, and reviewing project status.
o Interpersonal skills, resource management.
Experience working in distributed teams and different cultures.
o Fluent German & English, excellent written and verbal communication skills for both.
o Solid knowledge of project management principles, methods, practices.
o Motivated, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects, having a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
o Proficiency with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Mandatory: Oradea based (1-2 days/week mandatory office time)
Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver projects on time:
o Ownership of the assigned set of projects/sub-projects
o Control and supervision of projects – delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget: develop project plans, allocate resources and track progress.
Communication and Collaboration:
o Management of client and stakeholders – customer satisfaction.
Tracking and Reporting:
o Planning, monitoring, reviewing project status, reporting, risk management, resource management, interpersonal skills.
Agile Best Practices:
o Sustain agile best practices and methodologies.
Continuous Improvement:
o Contribute / Lead internal initiatives related to the project area of expertise.
o Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the team to implement and evaluate changes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
