Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel)
- Experience in administrative work would be an asset
- Self-motivation and willines learning new things
- Ability to work in a team
- At least Intermediate level of English – both spoken and written
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing, ordering and archieving of employee’s personal files, documents
- Supporting the maintenance of documents workflow
- Administrative support of HR processe
