Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Hindi Language Transcription Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transcribing audio recordings in Hindi to accurate written text. The transcription work will involve listening to audio files and converting them into clear, readable, and accurate transcripts.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in the required language(s) (spoken and written), with excellent grammar and listening skills.
• Strong focus on accuracy and ability to catch inconsistencies or errors in transcriptions.
• Fast and accurate typing skills to keep up with transcription demands.
• Familiarity with transcription software, audio editing tools, and text formatting guidelines.
• Ability to work with different types of content (e.g., interviews, speeches, calls) and adjust to varying accents and audio qualities.
• Prior experience in transcription or a similar role is preferred.
Preferences:
Experience with audio transcription in other languages or dialects.
Job Responsibilities:
• Listen to Hindi audio recordings and transcribe them accurately into text.
• Ensure the transcription is error-free, with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Review and proofread transcripts to ensure high-quality output.
• Meet deadlines and maintain productivity standards.
• Work with transcription tools and software to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and consistency in transcriptions.
