Description:
The ideal candidate knows how to program, and preferably have experience in several of the following fields C++, python, audio processing, digital signal processing, machine learning.
The service to be provided by the employee is to provide continuous tuning, optimization and acoustic testing and validation of audio processing algorithms executed in 1P and 3P systems. These algorithms will be provided by Google for testing in a continuous stream as they become available.
All test related system hw, all lab facilities, all equipment will be provided by Google, the vendor will provide services to improve, develop and maintain the test systems, e.g. modify and develop test software for adequate testing of the newly developed audio processing algorithms.

Job Responsibilities:
The tasks include:
Validation of audio processing components including, but not limited to acoustic echo cancellation, automatic gain control, beamforming, and noise reduction, as well as the complete audio processing stack across multiple different laptop and mobile platforms as required by Google.
The employee will need to develop new and modify existing validation tests, test vectors, test scripts and test setup configurations for validation purposes across the different platforms.
The employee will contribute in efforts of tuning, optimizing, modifying, designing and implementing audio processing algorithms for mitigating and resolving issues identified in validation work. This work includes training, optimization and validation of AI models for media processing.
