Requirements:
Required background and experience
At least 8 years of proven work experience as an IT project manager, managing multiple teams in different locations for large corporate clients
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
Experience in managing budgets
Get and report the project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
Establish the delivery processes and required communication channels, robust retrospectives, and continuous delivery improvements
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, proactivity, and responsibility
Experience working in an international team within Agile Scrum methodology
Excellent English language & communication skills
Sense of ownership and proven track record of seeing projects through

Build and develop the project teams, ensure productivity, and promote team collaboration
Ensure the delivery is done on time and with proper quality
Proactively work on potential issues before they become a problem escalated from the client; get feedback from stakeholders before making a decision
Conduct business review meetings with clients, regular meetings with the management team, conducting 1:1s to determine the state of the team and possible areas of improvement
Guarantee efficient communication from top to down and from down to top, verify all company and team updates and feedbacks are correctly and timely managed
Effectively manage communications, build trust between all stakeholders; succeed in timely reporting and identifying risks
HWSoftware procurement per customer request, negotiate the project needs
Manage team composition and negotiate changes with customers, plan team changes, roles, and promotions
Plan and execute the new teams‘ rump-ups, promotions, and extensions. As well as deallocations, ramp-downs, and terminations. Create healthy team compositions, de-risk the untick expertise coverage
Establish the onboarding and people development, performance review processes in the teams, and work with HRs to execute employee life cycle in the company.
Maintain constructive work with HRITESL&DMarketingLegal and other company departments
Execute the finance forecast, timely invoices, fix billing gaps, expense reports processing, and compensation review cycles
Conduct the project kick-offs and project closure where needed
