A customer is a healthcare IT security company. It provides healthcare companies with a platform that addresses critical compliance and security challenges and helps to improve providers‘ productivity.

The goal is to create a SaaS product from ground up in a public cloud framework.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 4 years of overall software development experience, with at least 2-3 years in UI development for cloud native distributed highly scalable hosted/SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Proficiency in key programming languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and more
  • Some experience working with server-side development using Java, databases, and APIs
  • Ability to build dynamic and responsive web applications.
  • Experience with – Git, IntelliJ, IDL, gRPC, Open API, JSON, Protobuf, Kafka messaging and Restful API development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as (AWS, Azure etc.), containerization and orchestration tools (mainly Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipeline.
  • Understanding of basic software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical and communication skills and teamwork abilities

Desired Skills 

  • Knowledge of SaaS architectures, gRPC and Open API spec.
  • User interfaces design patterns.
  • Any certification recognized in UI development community.
  • One AWS Cloud certification.

Job Summary

This role requires a strong background in front-end technologies, as well as the ability to work with back-end technologies to build robust and scalable services. In this role, you will work with a team of senior engineers across our enterprise cloud platform. You will assist in UI development activities to provide the best-in-class customer and user experience. You will continue to make hands on contributions and evolve our user interfaces and provide hands on back-end support to connect to service and data layer. We are looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of tough technical problems and who wants to work on products helping over 1 million users every day in saving time, reducing frustration, and providing better patient care. We need someone with a passion for building world-class applications and desire to make an impact on our organization and on real world problems. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate wireframes and mockups into working UI/UX designs.
  • Work closely with the design team to implement the designs into the final product.
  • Work on back-end modules to integrate front-end components to provide end to end experience.
  • Work in agile software development lifecycle – mainly collaborate with senior developers and product owner to understand software requirements, participate in design reviews, build, test and deliver.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
  • Willing to learn and grow. Learn emerging cloud technologies and industry trends to enhance skills and knowledge.
