Description:
Our client is a Finnish company specializing in employee benefit solutions. They provide a digital platform that enables employers to offer a flexible range of benefits to their employees, including gift vouchers, meal vouchers, and wellness and cultural vouchers. Recently, the client has expanded its reach by acquiring a company that focuses exclusively on sports-related benefits for employees. This integration will require consolidating data, aligning product features, and adapting functionalities to ensure the platform meets the diverse needs.
Requirements:
We are seeking a Power BI Reporting Specialist with a passion for data visualization and a keen eye for detail. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in creating Power BI reports in any capacity (personal projects, education, or professional work).
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Power BI.
Knowledge of SQL is a strong advantage.
Detail-oriented approach with the ability to create clear, actionable reports.
Experience with Databricks or a similar data lakehouse tool is a plus.
Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in English.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop Power BI Reports: Design and implement new Power BI reports based on stakeholder requirements, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
Maintain Existing Reports: Regularly update and enhance existing Power BI reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Contribute to Global Data Platform Development: Collaborate with team members to advance the capabilities of our Global Data Platform, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
