Description:
The Associate Lead will manage and lead a team of 25+ members, ensuring timely delivery of SLAs and excellent performance metrics. Key responsibilities include conducting team briefings, monitoring escalations, providing coaching and feedback, and conducting 1-on-1 performance reviews. The role requires strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to make decisions in sensitive situations. The Associate Lead will drive team goals, prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and perform quality audits while maintaining a positive and motivating team environment in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Requirements:
• Candidates with 4+ years of experience of which 1 – 1.5 years of experience in handling a team size of 15 – 25
• Should have handled Shrinkage, Attrition, Productivity, Quality, ETA’s/Targets/SLA/TAT/EVALS, Performance assessment/review people/Process/Project/Performance management, Client communication, Documentation(project related), Risk assessment etc
• Must be a Graduate/ Post Graduate must have Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo Excellent communication skills, Analytical thinking, multi tasker
• Must be ready to join immediately
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of meeting SLAs and driving team success.
• Strong decision-making abilities with the confidence to manage sensitive situations effectively
Preferences:
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a large team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of meeting SLAs and driving team success.
• Familiarity with performance management tools, quality audits, and reporting metrics.
• Experience in mapping projects
• Experience in GIS mapping navigation is mandatory for this role
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a team of 25+ members.
• Ensure timely SLA delivery along with excellent reporting metrics.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills with strong contextual understanding.
• Conduct briefings and team meetings to update on status, new products, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor associate escalations, provide coaching, and deliver constructive feedback on performance regularly.
• Conduct 1-on-1 sessions with team members to review performance parameters, self-appraisals, and quarterly appraisals based on stack ranking.
• Handle sensitive situations effectively and make sound decisions.
• Lead the team under pressure while maintaining motivation and a positive work environment.
