GlobalLogic is hiring Agile Coaches for one of our largest telecommunications client. #LI-VK1

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Agile methodologies / product management, in a corporate setting
  • Must have „SPC certification
  • Framework agnostic – should be able to work with any Agile Framework
  • Led large, cross-domain group of stakeholders
  • Need a fairly senior resource (but not too senior) who can work with both ground level teams as well as Directors and above.
  • The person can work from anywhere remotely in the US
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, specifically in a virtual environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • strong content creation skills, technical SharePoint abilities,
  • extensive experience with learning management systems (i.e., Magenta U, OnPoint, Percipio, etc.), and is able to write content (for SP pages or mass communications).
  • The biggest areas of focus from this list should be ensuring they are technically savvy in SP and also are good at video editing/content creation

Job responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet Agile needs and training delivery with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain training resources, including Sharepoint libraries, handouts, and other training resources.
• Provide feedback to the instructional design team on the effectiveness of training delivery and learning initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives.
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Agile methodologies.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams
