Description:
Our Client is a transnational company that owns numerous products within the Finance domain and our application is advanced solution designed to streamline and secure the exchange of financial messages between banks, corporates, and financial institutions. The platform provides a centralized system to manage financial transactions, automate workflows, and ensure compliance with global financial messaging standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in running software development projects
- Able to work in high pace and influence in a DevOps team environment
- Experience in introducing and driving Agile development processes (Kanban) within the organization.
- Understanding of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery
- Ability to work in a multinational and geographically distributed team (Ukraine, Europe, UK, USA, India)
- Knowledge of backlog and its usage in SW development
- Excellent communication skills, for both internal and external audiences
- Excellent written and spoken English level
Job Responsibilities:
- Coaching team to understand Kanban theory, practices, rules, and values,
- Manageing and Teaching DevOps Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
- Facilitating Agile meetings
- Making sure team executes priorities set up by Product Managers
- Manage and control an offshore team
- Coordinate teamwork
- Handle communication with the team, client, and other subteams
- Handle Kanban ceremonies
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any technical questions or challenges related to projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Handle project documentation is always up to date
- Clarifies product requirements as per project needs
