Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Strategy: Design and implement scalable, cloud-native architectures, also leveraging AI/GenAI capabilities wherever applicable.
Cloud Expertise: Architect and deploy solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring best practices in security, cost optimization, and performance.
AI/Generative AI Leadership: Drive AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives, integrating them into enterprise applications for business impact.
Technical Leadership: Guide engineering teams on best practices in Java, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native development.
Executive Communication: Present complex technical solutions in a clear, compelling manner to C-suite executives, stakeholders, and clients.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business leadership to align technology with business goals.
Governance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in AI and cloud-based deployments.
Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, cloud computing, and enterprise technology, driving innovation across the organization.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
12-17 years of experience in solution architecture, cloud computing, and software development.
Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and API design.
Strong experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with multi-cloud strategies.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI models (LLMs, GPT, etc.), and AI-powered applications.
Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
Exceptional communication skills with an executive presence to represent the organization at key forums.
Experience in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
