Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python.
- Proficiency in Python: Deep understanding of Python and its libraries/frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
- Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- APIs: Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Testing: Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, unittest) and test-driven development (TDD).
- Version Control: Proficient with Git and version control workflows.
- Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to Learn: Openness to learning and working with AI algorithms and tools.
Job Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust software solutions using Python.
- AI Integration: Collaborate with data scientists and AI specialists to integrate AI algorithms into applications.
- Architecture Design: Lead the design and architecture of complex systems and applications.
- Code Quality: Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and drive innovation within the team.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
