Description:

We support one of the biggest telecommunication service providers in US in building chatbot and integrating it with the client`s knowledge base GenAI application .

Requirements:

Technical skills: 5+ years of software development experience.
Strong experience in backend development using Python.
Proven experience with microservices.
Hands-on experience with implementing authentication systems and integrating with third-party APIs and services.
Experience with creating a chatbot (slack) will be a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with encryption technologies and secure coding practices is a plus

Soft skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver projects on time.


Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain chatbot functionality using Python.
Collaborate with product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
Implement and manage authentication mechanisms and integrate with third-party services.
Work closely with the team to understand what they are developing to provide quality suggestions
