Senior/Lead Test Automation Engineer IRC248394

Job Responsibilities:

– Design and develop a comprehensive test strategy for integration testing
– Identify testing requirements and define the scope of test efforts in collaboration with client stakeholders
– Lead the creation and maintenance of a robust automation framework to facilitate efficient test execution
– Implement scalable and reusable test scripts for verifying the integration of various platform components
– Conduct integration testing to validate data processing, analytics capabilities, and reporting functionalities of the platform
– Monitor and report test execution results, ensuring transparency with project stakeholders and suggesting improvements
– Evaluate and integrate appropriate tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of integration testing
– Stay updated with the latest test automation technologies
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration and testing
– Establish and uphold quality assurance standards and best practices for test automation 
– Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and maintainability of application code and test scripts
– Identify, document, and prioritize defects in a structured manner, and collaborate with developers for resolution
– Track and analyze defect trends to improve overall product quality
– Prepare detailed documentation of test strategies, plans, cases, and results
– Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on test outcomes to inform business and technical decision-making
