10+ years of experience in IT with at least 3+ years of hands-on cloud implementations (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
2+ years of experience in managing teams, with a proven track record of leading technical teams through complex projects.
Strong expertise in solution design and cloud architecture.
Experience in customer interactions and delivering technical training.
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead to oversee a dynamic team responsible for the complete solution lifecycle, from requirement gathering through to deployment and go-live support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud implementations, team leadership, and will guide both technical and strategic aspects of solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with end customers to understand business needs and document technical requirements.
Solution Design: Lead the team in architecting solutions that meet customer requirements and align with best practices.
Implementation: Oversee the team’s efforts to build and implement the designed solution within cloud environments.
Deployment & Testing: Ensure rigorous testing protocols and a seamless deployment process to production.
Customer Training: Lead the customer training initiatives to ensure proper adoption and usage of the solution.
Go-Live Support: Provide hands-on go-live support, troubleshooting, and post-deployment assistance.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, ensuring performance goals are met and exceeded.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication and project delivery.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team for more efficient project delivery.
