Our client is a top healthcare device manufacturers from USA and Europe, aimed to innovate and rock the market. The project represents a big system including integration between the embedded device, mobile application, and web services, and because of this, we are focusing a lot on the security aspects of the embedded system. The project is very structured and process driven and it is considered as technical excellence so we are paying huge attention to technical challenge motivation of our team members.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in working in Agile environments as a Scrum Master
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across different departments
• Confidence in co-ordination and leading all key Scrum ceremonies
• Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence 
• Scrum Master qualification (preferred not required)
• Technical degree (e.g., computer science) preferred
• Good communication skills
• Very strong English skills

Job responsibilities

• Support Product Owner and Scrum Team
• Spread an Agile mindset in the team
• Coach the team in Agile values, principles and practices
• Clear impediments of your team
• Care for your team to continuously improve regarding quality and efficiency of work as well as team cooperation
• Support team building activities
• Take care that your team complies with the development process
• Supporting one of our Project Managers in his daily work
