Description:
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Kosice. You will be responsible for the administration of the company’s reception as a receptionist is the first point of contact in GlobalLogic.
GlobalLogic Slovakia is located in three cities – Kosice, Zilina, and Banska Bystrica – and employs over 300 engineers. Employee Services is one of the core departments in the company. We are dealing with the day-to-day life of the office, access management, facilities, and business travel. We are a team of 4 people, 2 of us based in Kosice, 1 in Zilina, and the head of the department based in Poland. The team creates a fun and supportive work environment and we believe it will be a great opportunity and experience for you to join our team. The role is for a temporary maternity leave replacement.
Wage: From 1100€ gross monthly. Final salary will reflect your skills and experience.

Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative position is a plus
- Familiarity with office tools and software – especially MS Office, knowledge of Google docs is a plus
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English: written and spoken
- Good communication and networking skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Good organization and planning skills
- Attention to details and reliability
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Employee Services department
- Process shipments and collect sent post (post office, couriers, mails, customs, deliveries)
- Maintain Front-Desk
- Handle Visitors in the office
- Distribute calls
- Work on any other administrative tasks (scanning, faxing, providing support to employees, and supporting management).
- Process tickets on HelpDesk
- Managing access control and distribution of access cards to the office
- Granting parking access to employees
- Managing and ordering office supplies
- Supporting all incoming visits to the office (e.g. booking hotels, booking restaurants, booking and preparing meeting rooms)
- Implementation of other business tasks in accordance with the requirements
- Support and supervision over the proper flow of internal and external documents
- Be a part of global processes
