The Product is a situation management software platform that enables situation planning, response, and analysis for the security, safety, and emergency markets. By integrating and correlating information from multiple and diverse systems across the organization and coordinating response actions, the Product ensures that everyone in the operational chain knows what is happening and what to do.
With a portfolio of Physical Security and Enterprise Incident Management solutions, we work as trusted partners to hundreds of customers around the globe ensuring security, safety, and business operations continuity.
The solutions include video management, video, and data analytics, and PSIM/ Situation Management solutions that are deployed in financial institutions, transportation agencies, airports, seaports, utility companies, city centers, and to secure many of the world’s highest-profile public events.
Requirements:
-2-3 years of experience in software testing and/or customer support
-knowledge/experience with support of Windows operating systems on an admin level
-how to identify and troubleshoot system/performance issues
– experience with support of networking environment
– configuration and troubleshooting
Experience in customer support/product support activities:
– good English (chat, email)
– deep cooperation with R&D department
– stong troubleshooting skills
– team-player
– customer-orientation
Would be a plus:
– Black-Box testing
– C# and SQL
– Scripting (cmd, powershel)
– Web

Job Responsibilities:
Support engineer for situation management division.
Focusing mainly on customer cases investigation and system troubleshooting.
As part of the support team you oversee customer cases by analyzing and investigate bugs, reproducing cases on a live setup and troubleshooting live systems. You will divert the case to the correct R&D team and provide them with clear guidance to help resolve the issue. Once R&D have resolved the issue you will confirm the fix and update the field engineers.
