Description

As a Software Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end success of our software
products. This role involves strategic planning, product development oversight, and collaboration with
cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, market-driven solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
● Experience: Proven experience in product management, preferably in the software industry.
● Skills:
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
● Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred:
● Product management certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
● Experience with software development processes and technologies.

 

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Governance, Risk & Compliance Domain Knowledge
● SME in GRC domain
● Ability to interact with senior stakeholders from GRC Clients and conduct workshops
Product Strategy:
● Develop and execute the product strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product
strategy.
Product Planning and Roadmapping:
● Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business priorities and customer
needs.
● Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic value and resource constraints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
● Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver a
cohesive and successful product.
● Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear
communication and understanding.
Requirement Definition:
● Gather and define product requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and
business goals.
● Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
Product Development Oversight:
● Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of
product features.
● Conduct regular sprint reviews, provide feedback, and adjust priorities as needed.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
● Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure the product meets
quality standards.

● Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure the resolution of identified issues.
Release Management:
● Plan and coordinate product releases, considering dependencies and potential impact on
users.
● Communicate release plans and updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Market and Competitor Competitive Analysis:
● Monitor market trends, industry changes, and competitor activities.
● Use market insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Customer Engagement:
● Establish and maintain relationships with key customers to gather feedback and insights.
● Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs throughout the product
development lifecycle.
Performance Tracking and Analysis:
● Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of the product.
● Analyze data and user feedback to make data-driven decisions for product
improvements.
