Description

Join a high-impact team at the forefront of enterprise AI transformation. Our client – a global innovator in digital platforms – is scaling next-generation AI and GenAI capabilities to deliver intelligent, data-driven solutions across healthcare, finance, and critical infrastructure sectors.

This platform is at the heart of a next-generation surgical experience – designed to connect data, devices, and teams. The current release includes tools for surgical video management, telepresence, and case planning, which have already been rolled out in select hospitals.

This role is a key enabler of that transformation, ensuring AI/ML initiatives move beyond experimentation and deliver measurable impact in production environments. In this role, you’ll:

  • Design and scale ML infrastructure to support real-time and batch use cases
  • Bring structure, automation, and monitoring to complex ML workflows
  • Build robust deployment frameworks for GenAI and predictive models alike
  • Drive a culture of reliability, repeatability, and trust in machine learning systems

This is your chance to work on a product that impacts lives, leverages modern AI/ML technology, and prioritizes security, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade MLOps pipelines in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong hands-on expertise in containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD for ML workflows.
  • In-depth knowledge of ML lifecycle tools and platforms (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect).
  • Solid programming skills in Python, with experience automating model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with data engineering best practices for real-time and batch pipelines.
  • Deep understanding of versioning, monitoring, and governance of models in production.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across data science, software engineering, DevOps, and product teams.
  • Experience with implementing responsible AI practices and compliance requirements in AI pipelines.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.

Job responsibilities

  • Architect and implement scalable, reliable MLOps pipelines to support the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models.
  • Automate data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment workflows.
  • Build and maintain tools for model versioning, drift detection, and performance monitoring.
  • Partner with data scientists to productionize models while ensuring reproducibility and traceability.
  • Optimize infrastructure for cost, speed, and resilience in high-scale ML workloads.
  • Develop and enforce standards and best practices for ML experimentation, testing, and model governance.
  • Integrate MLOps platforms with enterprise CI/CD and cloud infrastructure strategies.
  • Support regulatory compliance, explainability, and auditability of deployed models.
  • Contribute to the evolution of a centralized MLOps platform and reusable toolkits for multiple business units.
  • Stay ahead of emerging MLOps technologies and help guide adoption across the organization.
