Description:
Must have 3-5 years of Experience as PMO
Hands on experience on Gsheet,Excel / PPT / Google docs
Person with learning agility
Can handle large scale data and Asset management
Good understanding on Processes, Reports & Dashboards
Understanding on Financials and Data Analysis would be preferred
Ability to do root cause analysis and planning to eliminate issues
Must maintain confidentiality, He/She has to maintain many confidential documents.
Candidate must be able to help his PM in project Management by creating and maintaining the project health checkup.
Ready to take on new Challenges
Ready to work in a high paced environment.
Ready to take the ownership of the Account Management

Job Responsibilities:
Reconciliation of all the financial and forecasting numbers at Delivery Unit levels.
Resource Allocation and Invoice tracking
Work closely with PM, Directors / DU Heads / collate info regarding Forecast / SLD / Unbilled (mostly ORs) / Unallocated team members
Work on financials – Generate dashboards / reports on various Financial attributes
Preparing MIS reports and outlining to Executives.
