Description:

Preferable skills & qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal/relationship skills, with experience in customer service or stakeholder management
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
• General knowledge and experience with mobile hardware and software lifecycles and strategies ie Google, Microsoft, Apple.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now
• Experience with project coordination or project management

Requirements:

Project Management (Project Lead)
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
• Coordinates services in the Consumer Mobile Device Services domain under the Digital Health Team. Services in this domain include Mobile Device Management, IoT cellular Management, Immersive Technologies, Procurement and vendor management, Device enrollment.
• Works closely with business to understand and document project requirements and deliverables on an agreed to project timeline. The project timeline includes three parts: Engagement, Stage, Production.
• Coordinates cost estimates and resource allocation with IT Manager for the statement of work (SOW) with internal stakeholders for new project requests. Responsible for coordination of project documentation into central location.
• Oversees the delivery of end-to-end services by third party vendors and internal project teams.
• Tracks project spend, as well as internal stakeholder project investments.
• Maintain and track project scope, provide regular status updates and escalate issues appropriately. Identifies project scope creep and re-engages stakeholders on project timeline changes, cost estimate increases, resource allocation assignment with IT manager.
• Coordinates with Technical Business Analyst with ongoing stakeholder communications and relationships.
• Works with team members to understand roadmap impacts to stakeholders and manages change for Vendor management relationships.
• Responsible for tracking Project invoice payments and POs if the project requires.
• Completes status reports on a weekly and quarterly basis, communicates status updates to leadership teams.
• Coordinates with Technical Analyst to document business requirements and provide to Technologist for delivery.
• May be asked to work on continuous improvement activities within the domain to improve our ability and efficiency of service delivery.


Job Responsibilities:

Required knowledge and Experience:
• 5+ years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
