Description:
Client is a leading global Contract Research Organization (CRO) that provides Phase I-IV clinical trial management, market access, and technology solutions2 with over 30 years of experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on C#, React, and .NET Core.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and modern software architecture.
- Proficiency in front-end development using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and deployment automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality applications using C#, React, and .NET Core working on one of the workstreams on the project in Healthcare domain.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Product Manager and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
- Architect scalable and maintainable software solutions adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct regular code reviews and mentor team members to ensure technical excellence and professional growth.
- Adopt agile practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize performance of applications.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and results-driven engineering culture.
