Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our delivery unit and provide critical insights into performance metrics such as revenue, margin, and other key indicators. This role is pivotal in supporting data-driven decision-making and ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of our delivery unit.
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing data, primarily using Google Sheets, and creating insightful presentations using Google Slides to communicate findings effectively. You will also collaborate closely with delivery management to create, maintain, and support finance-related files in Google Sheets, ensuring seamless workflows and actionable insights.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within IT outsourcing or a similar industry
• Proven expertise in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, and integration of complex finance files
• Strong proficiency in Google Slides for creating polished and professional presentations
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly delivery management, to align data insights with operational goals
Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with financial metrics such as revenue, margin, and cost analysis
• Experience with additional analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or SQL) is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze performance data related to revenue, margin, and other KPIs for the delivery unit
• Develop and maintain organized, accurate datasets using Google Sheets
• Create, maintain, and support finance files in Google Sheets, ensuring proper linkage, functionality, and alignment with reporting requirements
• Collaborate extensively with delivery management and FP&A to understand their data needs and provide timely, accurate support for financial and operational reporting
• Create reports and dashboards to visualize trends and highlight actionable insights
• Prepare compelling presentations using Google Slides to share analysis with stakeholders
• Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize data collection and reporting workflows
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks
