Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations, preferably within an international organization
- Deep understanding of Ukrainian labor law and HR compliance standards
- Experience managing HR transactions for different contract types is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Work experience with HR systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
Job Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Oversee all HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing contracts, and handling onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Leave Management: Administer leave and absence tracking systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and Ukrainian labor law requirements.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure HR policies and processes comply with Ukrainian labor laws, prepare documentation for audits, and maintain up-to-date employee records and reports.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle the full employee lifecycle for various contract types (PE, GIG, and Employee), including onboarding, transfers, and terminations, while providing necessary administrative support.
- Policy Implementation: Support the roll-out and implementation of HR policies and procedures, making sure they are clearly communicated and accessible to employees.
