Description:
The Governance and Compliance Analyst supports AI, data governance, and privacy compliance projects by analyzing client requirements, providing insights, and creating high-quality documentation. They ensure timely task completion, manage priorities, and foster strong client relationships while staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in technology, data, or compliance-focused projects.
- Demonstrated experience working with data analysis tools, privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), or AI governance practices is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms.
- Understanding of project management principles and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and technical specialists to gather, analyze, and document client requirements.
- Work on projects related to AI, data governance, privacy compliance, and emerging technologies.
- Perform data analysis and synthesize insights to support decision-making and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver high-quality documentation, including reports, process maps, and compliance assessments.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Support client communication and presentations, ensuring satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in AI, privacy, and compliance.
