Description

We are seeking for a Specialist Fullstack Node / React to join our team!

We build and maintain internal applications for a worldwide tech company based in Los Angeles. These are high-availability applications to support different company processes.

The team’s framework is based on empowerment and ownership, where each feature requirement is assigned to a team member who is responsible for it during the complete software development lifecycle.

Requirements

– English (Upper-Intermediate).

– Proficient in Fullstack development.

– Proven experience designing technical solutions.

– Proficient in Javascript & Typescript

– Proficient working with ReactJS

– Proficient working with NodeJS

– Strong knowledge of Semantic HTML.

– Experience working with GIT

– Good written and verbal communication skills.

– Ability to work independently with no supervision.

– Must demonstrate a hands-on attitude, attention to detail and results orientation.

– Ability to understand business requirements and convert them to technical solutions.

– Good knowledge of the continuous deployment and integration process.

– Ability to ramps-up-quickly, is proactive, takes ownership. Present risks/solutions instead of doing it when customer ask.

– Should be comfortable adapting to changing requirements and design.

– Ability to adapt to a CI/CD environment.

Job responsibilities

– Write high-quality and maintainable React code and write tests (Jest) for their features.

– Write high-quality and maintainable Node code and write tests for their features.

– Experience with a complete lifecycle of software development, from design to production.

– Report and mitigate potential risks & tech debt, demonstrate initiative to proactively plan/resolve it.

– Conduct E2E test for their assigned features.

– Ensure quality and that the delivery dates of their assigned features are met.

– Work independently with Product Owners to confirm and polish business requirements.

– Report and define a derisk plan to prevent deviations in time.

– Optimize applications to improve speed and scale.

– Solve the framework/CI/env issues and fix them.

– (Nice to have) Ability to delegate, coordinate less experienced team members collaborating with their assigned features.
