Description:
GlobalLogic is looking for a “Financial Planning Analyst” to create monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc financial reports using Salesforce CRM, Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, and Greenhouse ATS. You will improve reporting processes, ensure data accuracy, and support key business decisions. This role involves analyzing financial data, improving reports, and working closely with finance and leadership teams to provide valuable insights.
Requirements:
• BS/BA with coursework in Finance and Accounting or similar degree
• 1-3 years FP&A experience
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in developing a career in Enterprise Software FP&A
• Experience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Power BI, SQL and Salesforce or like systems a plus
Preferences:
• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or a similar degree.
• 1-3 years of FP&A experience.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Power BI, SQL, and Salesforce is a plus.
• Deliver reports on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc basis within set deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver reports on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc basis within set deadlines.
• Gather data from different systems like Salesforce CRM, Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, and Greenhouse ATS to create reports.
• Help improve reporting capabilities in the Adaptive Planning tool.
• Support financial reporting in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.
• Ensure all reports are accurate and clearly show key business factors.
• Work with different teams to understand reporting needs and improve data analysis.
