A Candidate should have atleast 12+ years of experiences in IT Product engineering.
Technical manager with good understanding of Microservices/Product development based technologies.
Must have minimum 3 years of experience as Project manager
Expert in project management, client handling and people management
Well versed with agile processes – especially Scrum
Is able to drive estimation, sprint planning and retro meetings – document minutes, follow up on actions finalized in various meetings
Is able to maintain scrum boards and sprint assignments in tools like JIRA
Should have good communication skills
Nice to have:
Certified Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, practices, and rules
