Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a large team of 100-150 professionals, driving a high-performance, collaborative culture that promotes autonomy and excellence.
Client Management: Manage 4-5 strategic client accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects and fostering long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
Financial Oversight: Take full responsibility for the financial health of multiple projects, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and billing for both T&M and FP engagements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (VP level and above), aligning project outcomes with business objectives and client expectations.
Project Delivery: Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of large-scale, complex projects, meeting all scope, quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
Technology Leadership: Lead the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI and GenAI, driving innovative solutions to enhance project delivery, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, sales, finance, operations, and HR to ensure smooth project execution and alignment across departments.
Business Strategy: Contribute to business strategy and growth by identifying new opportunities, supporting business development initiatives, and driving innovation within the organization.
Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution while maintaining quality standards.
Client Satisfaction & Escalations: Act as the point of escalation for client issues and ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively to maintain strong client relationships.
Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on optimizing operational processes, resource utilization, and team efficiency.
Talent Development: Foster an environment that supports professional growth by mentoring and coaching leaders within your team, ensuring career progression and skill development.
Reporting & Metrics: Provide regular strategic updates and performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, project statuses, and risk assessments.

Requirements

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Director with 15+ years of proven expertise in leading large-scale IT services projects and managing large teams. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in executing Time & Material (T&M) and Fixed Price (FP) projects, with extensive experience managing financials, overseeing 4-5 clients simultaneously, and cultivating strong relationships with UK/US-based clients. In this leadership role, you will oversee teams of 100-150 professionals, collaborate directly with VP-level and above client stakeholders, and drive the overall success and efficiency of complex projects. Your deep understanding of AI/GenAI will be critical in optimizing project delivery.

Qualifications:
Experience: 15+ years in IT services, with at least 8+ years in leadership roles, managing teams of 100-150 professionals.
Project Management: Extensive experience executing T&M and FP projects with full financial
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, ITIL) are a plus.
Global Experience: Significant experience working with international clients, particularly in the UK/US.
Location Flexibility: Willingness to work from the Noida GL office at least 3 days a week.
