Job Description- Director Engineering
An experienced person having 20+ years of experience in IT with 6+ years in
Digital transformation, embedded and telecom programs
Lead the engagements from Strategy, Experience, Technology and
Delivery perspective. A well rounded person having experience in all these
areas of the digital transformation
An experienced person who anchored the discovery/advisory single handedly
with the right team (not just the delivery and stakeholder management)
An experienced person who understands and can anchor the pre-sales pursuits.
Have managed the large scale teams and P&L of the portfolio (not only the
project revenue but also all aspects of P&L)
Must be expert in communicating the voice of the team, project, client and
most importantly have managed expectations of clients and internal leadership
from delivery unit heads to Cx level.
-Any certification in product/experience/technology will be an added
advantage.
Should have core expertise in driving Tech Pre-sales, proposals, RFP bids from engineering perspective.
People management (MUST HAVE)
-The person must have experience in defining the career development frameworks
for his/her own teams.
The person must be able to manage the attrition by providing the thought
leadership.
The person must have experience in the appraisal process.
The person must have experience in all aspects of managed services; Incident
management, change management and problem management.
Rich experience in establishing, stabilizing, streamlining and managing complex and large programs
The person must have a solid experience executing and managing projects in agile methodology
