Requirements

5+ years of experience

Hands-on experience as DevOps and/or Infrastructure engineer
Experience with containerization and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Docker, and Terraform
Experience with CI/CD technology GitHub and their maintenance

Relational database management system (RDBMS) configuration experience
Ability to break down and discuss technical issues and solutions with non-technical team members
Experience with revision control systems including branch, merge and tag strategies using Git
Good English both written and spoken
Willingness to work in an agile environment with a collaborative team
Willingness to learn and try innovative approaches
Willingness to learn and use other scripting/programming languages
Readiness to participate in testing and support testing activities, with emphasis on automated testing

MUST: Willingness to work late hours till 5 pm EST

Job responsibilities

Work together with developers to automate build and deploy using AWS EKS, Docker, Terraform, scripting languages
Work with QA team to automate testing (Docker)
Ensure that high availability and disaster recovery are in place
Continuously improve DevOps tools, infrastructure, processes and procedures
Working both with local and offshore development teams

Troubleshoot any pipeline failures and perform RCA; Improving CI/CD pipelines
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable CI/CD infrastructure our products
Responsible for assuring availability, stability, and cost-efficiency of all development systems
Partner with development teams to deliver ongoing releases using continuous integration tools
