Description

The client works with blood and plasma collection and hospital transfusion services and wants to improve the technical part of the product.
It was also important to include the release of new feature requests of the client’s customers.

GlobalLogic was trusted to help with the maintenance and development of the new features of a web-based donor management system application that collects data gathered during the plasma collection process.

Wage: from 2800 € gross/monthly. Final salary will reflect your skills and experience.

 

Requirements

Must have:

5+ years of related work experience in a business analyst, product owner, or other product management role.

BA:

leading Software Requirements elicitation and review sessions with the stakeholders
studying system capabilities and analyzing complex functionalities
supporting the team as a knowledge-keeper
providing GAP analysis and other Business Analysis techniques
communicating with different SMEs ( stakeholders ) to gather requirements
documenting Use cases and Functional/ Non-functional Requirements
writing Epic & User stories with acceptance criteria
writing several documents (Software requirement specifications and Functional documentation)
creating UML diagrams to bring clarity to complex processes and workflows in the application
supporting the preparation of the Scrum planning and release plan
leading grooming session together with SM
helping with the definition of the project scope and roadmap
acting as a liaison between business users, the development team, and the test team.
reviewing test cases

Job responsibilities

BA:

Communicate with business owners to specify required functionality
Formalize requirements into Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance criteria
Keep requirements documentation up to date
Identify business priorities
Preparing Backlog with Product Management
Collaborating with Product Management to create Product Calendars/Road Map
Working with product architects to design market-acceptable solutions
