Why Use AWS Control Tower?
Organizations adopting the public cloud were able to achieve significant levels of scale with AWS for a number of years. However, as their use of AWS increased, the need for strong governance and control over those resources grew.
As AWS adoption has expanded, customer use cases have evolved, and the complexity involved in managing and customizing the AWS environments fundamentally changed. The previous AWS Landing Zone solution, which allowed customers to set up secure multi-account AWS environments following AWS best practices, is now outdated.
