Vishal Anand

As the Head of GlobalLogic’s North America business, Vishal Anand is driven by a passion for cultivating high-performance teams and fostering innovation through active employee engagement, collaboration, and meticulous execution. With a career spanning over 19 years in the IT sector, Vishal has dedicated himself to building robust services businesses.

Before joining GlobalLogic, Vishal served as the leader of Customer Success for Brillio’s West region, where he played a pivotal role in significantly expanding the company’s business and enhancing revenues from digital transformation projects and solutions. Prior to this role, he spent over 15 years at Cognizant, where he held various positions advancing the company’s consulting, business development, delivery, and business unit leadership interests across multiple countries and sectors. During his tenure at Cognizant, Vishal successfully secured and delivered some of the company’s largest deals, developed numerous best practices and service offerings, built high-performance teams, and cultivated enduring client relationships.

Vishal holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management. Outside of work, he finds joy in traveling, reading, and cherishing moments with his family.
