Vikrant Nair is a seasoned executive, heading GlobalLogic Japan, with over 27 years of extensive experience in digital transformation, enterprise IT, and digital engineering. Vikrant has joined GlobalLogic Japan as Head of Sales in May 2023, he has driven the sales team to unprecedented success while leveraging his expertise across multiple verticals, including Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Automotive, Retail, CPG, Energy Utilities, Communication, and Services. His strategic leadership has been instrumental in defining delivery organization to support the company's growing business.

In 2021, Vikrant attended the "Strategy Innovation" program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, further enhancing his strategic acumen. His deep understanding of the Japanese market and extensive experience in building large-scale programs across various service lines make him a pivotal figure in the industry. Vikrant's career includes leading major digital transformation initiatives, AI and automation projects, IoT implementations, and big data analytics solutions, with previous roles at Infosys Japan Limited, HCL Japan, and Siemens.

Vikrant has successfully led merger and acquisition programs, resulting in significant deals such as a USD $300 million joint venture involving top executives from Hitachi, Panasonic, Pasona, Infosys Global, M&A advisors, legal advisors, and key leading banks in Japan.
