Requirements:

The CSME will ensure a successful transition into the Cloud-based offering and continued optimization and value realization once fully operational.

  • Extensive experience in building and supporting web-based applications at the application layer.
  • Strong working knowledge of AEM and related technologies (such as Java).
  • Familiarity with modern cloud-native and automation concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Experience with load functional & UAT testing protocols and tools.
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD pipeline technologies and DevOps philosophies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to investigate and troubleshoot complicated technical issues.
  • Strong problem-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen interest in learning and exploring new technologies.
  • Natural ability to take initiative, lead projects, and contribute to team success.
  • Impeccable follow-through on tasks and milestones.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to customers on their journey to the Cloud-based AEM.
  • Ensure a successful transition and continued optimization of the Cloud-based offering.
  • Collaborate closely with product engineering and SRE teams to deliver an exceptional experience to AEM Cloud Service customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and the voice of the customer to internal teams.
  • Support continuous improvement of AEM deployments through technical process optimization, software configurations, training, and best practice guidance.
  • Identify patterns of problems and work with AEM product engineering and SRE teams to drive observability and develop necessary procedures and toolsets.
  • Take ownership of critical components in alignment with team deliverables and vision, shaping their future direction and architecture.
  • Participate in planning and executing quarterly milestones.
  • Demonstrate inquisitiveness to understand and improve the status quo to deliver higher value to customers.
  • Eagerly take on any tasks that need to be accomplished.
