Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter/Android Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing robust mobile applications and be proficient in both Flutter and native Android development. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
You will be working on a distributed chat platform designed for car dealerships. The application is used by operators to manage chats with customers interested in purchasing cars. The project involves integrating new features, maintaining the application, and ensuring it meets high performance and security standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in mobile application development, with a strong focus on Flutter and native Android.
- Proficient in Java/Kotlin and Dart programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of the Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
- Experience with continuous integration and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications.

- Perform technical analysis, design, and code reviews.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
