Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Architect to join our team and lead the design and development of innovative and scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development and architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing complex applications that meet business requirements and performance goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
12+ years of experience in .NET development and architecture
Strong understanding of .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies
Experience in designing and implementing high-performance, scalable, and reliable applications
Knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented design principles, and best practices
Experience with cloud-based architectures and microservices is a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Job Responsibilities:
Design and architect .NET-based solutions that align with business requirements and technical specifications
Lead and mentor a team of developers in implementing best practices and design patterns
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and provide architectural guidance
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve the development process
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are followed
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
