Description

The project is a mobile Application that riders can use to communicate with the eBike using BLE protocol to extract relevant information and statistics and set characteristics to suit his cycle style. A core module (SDK) can afterwards be used developers around the globe to create cool applications for riders while maintaining the accuracy of eBike communication and data collection.

Requirements

• You should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related areas.
• Proven experience with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) and software development lifecycle of at least 5 years.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (at least two of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Suite) is also necessary. We also expect you to have great presentation and report-writing skills.
• Good understanding of software development practices.
• Being organized, self-driven, with the ability to prioritize and a can-do attitude are “Must have” soft skills for a project manager in our organization. Besides these, excellent communication skills (active listening, clear conveying of messages, great command of English) and empathy will contribute to your mediating and trust building skills.
• Since you will work with many different people, you will need outstanding interpersonal skills for guiding, coordinating, motivating, evaluating and giving feedback to the team.
• You will be in direct contact with our clients, therefore your stakeholder management skills will be key to your success.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and manage direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts, ensuring business solutions are aligned with their goals and priorities and assisting the project team to produce the necessary project deliverables.
• Act as a servant leader for the project team, nurturing team engagement and a healthy project ecosystem.
• Involvement in the Performance Review process of Team members.
• Oversee activity planning and sequencing. Plan and manage software releases.
• Facilitate, manage, and prioritize solution requests from customer and deliver them to the project team.
• Provide expertise to identify and translate business requirements into software change requests.
• Resolve team’s blockers and monitor the overall velocity and project cadence.
• Facilitate necessary ceremonies/events (scrum of scrums planning/ stand up, release planning).
• Maintain project board, follow up on tasks and support the team by providing guidance and adding value to every step in the development lifecycle.
• Elaborate project timelines/Gantt charts, product roadmaps.
• Manage risks, anticipating and addressing issues in a timely manner.
• Perform progress monitoring and report progress on a regular basis to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project management specific documentation.
