Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineering Manager (SRE) to lead and scale our SRE team, establish best practices, and drive a culture of reliability and automation. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of management or leadership experience, along with deep expertise in cloud technologies, Kubernetes operators, and modern deployment strategies.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing SRE teams for SaaS or similar platforms
  • Availability for business trips in the first months of the project
  • Proven experience with modern cloud technologies and Kubernetes operators to drive scalable and efficient solutions
  • Ability to lead and navigate large-scale transformation processes
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Job responsibilities

  • Establish and implement SRE best practices, including KPIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgeting, documentation, and post-mortem procedures
  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of Software Engineers focused on Site Reliability
  • Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement across teams
  • Represent the SRE team to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams
  • Organize and drive SRE enhancement processes, ensuring teams focus on priorities and key milestones
  • Proactively identify and resolve system reliability issues through software-based solutions
  • Educate and empower developers to adopt reliability-based approaches
  • Own deployment, availability, reliability, and performance targets across multiple services
  • Strengthen the collaboration between R&D and Operations, streamlining deployment and release processes
  • Identify and implement new approaches to optimize time-to-market, deployment complexity, automation, and software dependencies
