Description

Our client is a performance rights organization in the United States. It collects blanket license fees from businesses that use music, entitling those businesses to play or sync any songs from the client’s repertoire of over 22.4 million musical works. On a regular basis, the client distributes the money to songwriters, composers, and music publishers as royalties to those members whose works have been performed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in developing full-stack applications.
• Leadership experience: Technical Lead/Team Lead
• Experience with React, Redux, React Router.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
• Expertise in integrating Payment Gateways and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) using OKTA or similar authentication providers.
• Experience deploying applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with SonarQube for code quality and security.
• Knowledge of Observability tools like Datadog.
• Knowledge of security best practices, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, HTTPS, and data encryption. SAST and DAST scanning experience with any security tools.
• Strong understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, JUnit, Mockito)
• Solid understanding of SQL and and NoSQL databases.
• Extensive knowledge of modern backend frameworks, scalable software development practices, design patterns, data structures.
  Experience building technical designs and respective technical specification.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills and experience.
• Good understanding of SDLC process, version control, code review, continuous integration and automated deployment tools.
• Experience working on large-scale, production-grade projects.
• Strong background with CI/CD methodology.
• B.Sc in Computer Science is an advantage.
• Advanced level of English

Job responsibilities

• You will be part of a team responsible for integrating payment gateways and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Contribute to the technical design, development, and deployment of a React front-end portal with a Java backend.
• Define and implement the Framework for the project, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
• Design, develop, and maintain reliable and scalable fullstack applications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and UX/UI teams to ensure seamless product delivery and user-centric design.
• Oversee the integration of OKTA for SSO, CRM and other SQL and NOSQL sources for data needs, and Payment gateway for payment processing.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices to deliver secure, efficient, and high-quality code. This includes comprehensive testing strategies, such as unit, integration, and automation testing.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for the project, including architecture diagrams, API documentation and deployment guides.
• Being the main contact point for the US based client team.
• Provide technical guideline to the local team.
• Interview new candidates to join the team
