Description:
The project is a strategic initiative by our customer aimed at enhancing and streamlining business processes across multiple departments through innovative technology solutions. This role will support the application project by acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful design, implementation, and optimization of business systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying process improvements and gathering detailed requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.
- Accountability, independence, and resourcefulness with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Experience with large-scale tech solution design and implementation.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage project scope, and negotiate timelines.
- Technical proficiency, with strong SQL skills for data mining and query writing.
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze current processes and systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Gather, document, and prioritize detailed business and technical requirements.
- Work with development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources using project management tools like Jira.
- Oversee and support various business processes and applications (like Oracle), with a willingness to become an SME if unfamiliar.
- Facilitate daily interactions with key business stakeholders to discuss requirements, resolve issues, and provide project updates.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Provide regular management reports and metrics on application performance and project status.
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.
