Description:
We are looking for a Lead Test Automation to join our team in supporting a leading supplier of products, solutions, and services for industrial process measurement and automation. The company offers comprehensive process solutions for flow, level, pressure, analysis, temperature, recording, and digital communications across a wide range of industries, optimizing processes in terms of their economic efficiency, safety, and environmental protection.

Requirements:
Must have:
- Demonstrated experience in testing with C# (min. 5 years, high proficiency)
- Good English proficiency (min. B2+)
- Automation Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium and proficiency in tools such as Jira and Git
- Testing: Broad experience in web software testing, Windows, and Mobile apps
- Test Planning: Ability to work according to test plans
- CI/CD Knowledge: Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices (GitLab)
- Requirements Analysis: Strong skills in requirements analysis
Nice to have:
- Certification: ISTQB certification is a plus
- Experience with Appium
- Experience in integration testing and API testing
- Experience in technical leadership
Job Responsibilities:
- Test Environment Setup: Planning and establishing test environments and equipment in collaboration with the test team
- Automation Framework: Leading the development and maintenance of our automation framework to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts
- Create and maintain Automated test cases based on manual test scripts
- Defect reporting and follow-up
- Risk Management: Identifying testing and quality-related risks at the project level
