Peter
Harrison: Chief Executive Officer
Peter Harrison is passionate about software and has spent the last twenty-two years committed to improving the way software is built. He joined GlobalLogic in 2002 when it was 20 people. Today GlobalLogic employs nearly 3,000 people in 20 locations around the world. In recent years the company has emerged as the leader in a new category of outsourced software product development. |

Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Harrison was SVP, Field Operations at Versata, a leading provider of rules automation software. While at Versata, he grew revenues from $1 million to $56 million in just four years. Harrison was instrumental in growing sales and service from 10 to over 300 people during the same period. Versata completed an IPO in 2000 that at the time ranked in the top 25 best openings of all time.
Prior to Versata, Harrison was a co-founder of Seer Technologies, where as VP Sales he helped grow revenues from $0 to $120 million in five years that resulted in the company completing an IPO in 1995. At Seer, he played a leading role in establishing international field operations that swiftly grew to represent over 50% of revenues. Harrison has a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Birmingham University, UK.

Shashank Samant: President
As president of GlobalLogic, Shashank Samant oversees the company’s business operations. Samant has been in the offshore product development (OPD) and software industries for over twenty years, heading key positions in both engineering and sales organizations.

Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Samant was president of Ness Managed Labs, where he built its OPD business from the ground up to nearly 3,000 people. He has also helped IBM set up its Indian operations and Hewlett Packard enhance its India lab presence. Prior to IBM, Samant helped Citicorp leverage offshoring and developed its FlexCube Banking product.
Samant is a frequent speaker in thought-leadership areas such as software R&D and globalization. He is also actively involved in bridging the gap between industry and academia. |

Wayne Grubbs:
Chief Financial Officer
A seventeen-year finance veteran, Wayne Grubbs brings to GlobalLogic a background in public accounting and broad senior level financial management experience. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Grubbs was senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Analex Corporation, a publicly-traded leading provider of professional services to federal government clients. |

In this position he provided executive management oversight for the company's finance and accounting, planning and analysis, human resources and benefits, and recruiting operations. Additionally, he helped execute the company's merger and acquisition strategy and investor relations programs.
Grubbs also served as vice president, corporate controller, treasurer and assistant corporate secretary for SRA International, Inc. At SRA, Mr. Grubbs was responsible for managing and developing the finance and accounting organization to position the company for growth. He was instrumental in SRA's initial public offering and listing on the NYSE. Prior to SRA, he was a manager in the government contract consulting and audit practice of Arthur Andersen LLP.

Sanjay Singh: Executive Vice President of Business Management and Organization Development
Sanjay Singh is the executive vice president of business management and organization development and co-founder of GlobalLogic. |

In this role, Singh manages all aspects of the company's business operations, including on-boarding of clients, defining and evolving the company's service offerings, and ensuring client success. He has been intimately involved in defining the company's long-term plan and its corporate strategies.
Singh brings to GlobalLogic over 16 years of experience in the information technology industry. He started his career with Wipro as a software engineer and has extensive experience in the Telecom, Insurance and Finance domains. Singh's interests include US history and politics, as well as international relations. In his spare time, he likes to watch political shows and play tennis. Singh has a bachelors of engineering degree from the Government College of Engineering, Raipur, MP and a masters of technology degree from IIT Kharagpur.

Manoj Agarwala: Senior Vice President, Global Business Development
Manoj Agarwala is a co-founder of GlobalLogic and has over fifteen years of IT industry experience. Agarwala has been instrumental in introducing and acquiring a steady stream of new clients for GlobalLogic. He also manages client relationships by providing the interface between clients and their global engineering teams. |
Agarwala has been extremely effective in fostering long-term partnerships. Agarwala brings to GlobalLogic a unique blend of software product and services experience. He also has cross-border experience and a career that spans across large and small enterprises. Agarwala started his professional career as a software engineer at Wipro, one of India’s leading IT services company. He has also worked at software technology start-ups and consulted at Fortune 500 companies such as Goldman Sachs and AT&T.
Agarwala has a Bachelors of Technology in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut (formerly known as REC Calicut) and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. Rajul Garg: Vice President, Corporate and People Development
Rajul Garg’s multiple responsibilities include ensuring a sound growth strategy for GlobalLogic, focusing on merger and acquisition activity to aid the company’s growth, and providing executive leadership for GlobalLogic’s employee recruitment and retention efforts. |
Prior to co-founding GlobalLogic, Garg was CEO and co-founder of Pinelabs, an electronic payment solutions company specializing in smart cards. In less than two years, Pinelabs became the industry leader in India for smart card solutions.

Tony Surak: Senior Vice President, Global Sales
Tony Surak has over 20 years of marketing, corporate strategy, business development and sales experience in hi-tech industries, including telecommunications and software. Surak has been responsible for developing product and corporate strategies, building direct and indirect sales channels, and creating OEM relationships and distributor/VAR channels. |
Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Surak was co-founder of TalkingNets, one of the first entirely IP-based CLECs. Surak has also held leadership positions in organizations such as Newforth Partners, Synaptyx, Acterna, Hughes Aircraft and the Naval Research Laboratory.
Surak earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School, a Masters of Science-Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science-Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. |

As a member of the research and development (R&D) team, he participated in the creation of several products in the areas of operating systems, compilers, databases and multi-processor systems. In the last eight years at HCL Technologies, Jain was responsible for growing and managing the technology engineering services business. Towards the end of his career at HCL, he led a new initiative to create a technology research lab for architecture and design services.

During his career, Hitchcock has had strategic and operational responsibility for building and managing direct and channel-focused marketing departments in the US, Europe and India. |

Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Hitchcock was responsible for America's marketing at ClearCube Technology, a pioneering thin client product company awarded "Technology of the Year" by InfoWorld Magazine. Earlier, he led America's and Central Europe marketing at Cambridge Technology Partners, a $1B market cap IT services firm acquired by Novell. Hitchcock also held marketing and sales positions at the technology division of GE, Sybase, and British Telecom.
