Mike Daniels, Chairman
Mike Daniels brings a distinguished background to the GlobalLogic Board. Daniels is internationally recognized in the technology community for his business success, including acquiring and leading Network Solutions, Inc. (NSI); as a senior executive of Science Applications International Corporations (SAIC), helping to build that company into a large, multi-billion dollar enterprise; and recently leading Mobile365 to a successful acquisition. Daniels has more than 30 years of experience in high technology industries and a successful track record of building high growth companies.
After acquiring NSI in 1995, while an executive of SAIC, Daniels served as NSI's chairman until 2000. During that time, he refocused the company strategy and in 1997, he led the company through a successful initial public offering. In 1999, he led NSI's follow-on offering, which at the time was the largest Internet equity offering in history. In 2000, NSI merged with VeriSign, at which time he joined the VeriSign Board of Directors. In addition to his leadership of NSI, Daniels served in senior executive positions of SAIC, an $8.5 billion high technology firm from 1986 to 2004. In 2004, he joined the Board of Directors of Apogen Technologies, which was sold to QinetiQ of the United Kingdom in 2005. In 2005, Daniels was named Chairman of the Board of Mobile365 and then served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile365, which was sold to Sybase in November 2006. Since June 2007, he has also served as a member of Luna's Board of Directors and sits on the Compensation and Nominating and Governance Committees there.

Randolph Altschuler
Randolph Altschuler brings to the GlobalLogic Board nearly 9 years of increasing success in the financial services industry. Specializing in private equity and investment banking, Altschuler worked at The Blackstone Group, as well as Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. He also served as an assistant to the CEO of Deutsche Bank North America, focusing on both strategic and management issues.
Later, Altschuler co-founded Office Tiger, a global leader in specialized BPO solutions that is now owned by RR Donnelley. Listed by Institutional Investor as one of the Top Influencers in the Finance Industry, Altschuler has also been named among the New York Ten Award winners by the Executive Council of New York.
Altschuler graduated from Princeton University with High Honors and received a Masters in Business Administration with Distinction from The Harvard Business School. In addition, he was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to study in Vienna, Austria.

Vasudev (Vas) Bhandarkar
Vasudev (Vas) Bhandarkar actively assists early-stage companies in venture financing, business strategy/development, team development and global sales and marketing. During his career, Bhandarkar has successfully built and helped build businesses in the wireless/Internet, enterprise software and outsourced services industries. His operational experience includes 22 years in marketing, business development, sales, product development and general management.
Prio to his work as a venture capitalist, Bhandarkar was Chairman and CEO of Unimobile, a wireless platform software company whose products are used by leading banks, financial institutions and airlines around the world. Before joining Unimobile, Bhandarkar was the founding vice president of marketing and business development for Selectica Inc (NASDAQ: SLTC). At Selectica, he was instrumental in shaping the company’s software strategy and helped close the first partnership and sales deals that established the company as a leader in the market. Prior to Selectica, he founded and ran a successful software services firm, Alma Enterprises, which he merged into Selectica. He has also held senior technology and executive positions at Bell Laboratories, Digital Equipment Corporation, Apple Computer and Remedy Corporation.
Bhandarkar holds Masters degrees from Colorado State University in Computer Science and from IIT-Bombay in Physics. He has completed course work towards an MBA at Santa Clara University and executive education at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Bhandarkar is a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs Organization (TiE). Sumir Chadha
Sumir Chadha is a senior managing director with Sequoia Capital India, an organization formed with WestBridge Capital Partners (which Chadha also co-founded). Chadha has eight years of venture capital investing experience in India. He serves as Chairman of the Board of AppLabs and is on the boards of Astra, Emagia, GlobalLogic, Times Internet, Zavata and marketRx. Chadha was a key member of the Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs & Co, where he focused on venture capital investments in software and services companies in both the United States and India.
Chadha led or was a key member of the investment teams for over 17 technology investments, including high-profile success stories such as FreeMarkets (NASDAQ: FMKT), webMethods (NASDAQ: WEBM) and Techspan. These investments totaled over $140 million of venture capital. His career began as a management consultant at Mckinsey & Co., where he specialized in the Internet and wireless industries. Chadha is the co-founder and Chairman of the US-India Venture Capital Association (US-IVCA) and also a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE)'s Silicon Valley chapter. Chadha received an M.B.A. from Harvard University with Distinction and a B.S.E. in Computer Science from Princeton University.

Thanasis Delistathis
Thanasis Delistathis has a strong background in building early stage companies and providing advice in business development, finance and strategy. He led investment banking for Thermo Electron Corp., a $4 billion global technology company serving the life sciences, optical technologies and measurement and control markets. Over the years, Thermo Electron has incubated dozens of early stage technology ideas that have become large businesses. During his tenure, Delistathis managed public and private market transactions totaling $900 million and advised on corporate and financial strategies for twenty public subsidiaries and many early stage private subsidiaries. Delistathis also worked for McKinsey & Co. in Washington, D.C. as a management consultant for Fortune 500 companies on business strategy.

Peter Harrison
Peter Harrison is passionate about software and has spent the last twenty-two years committed to improving the way software is built. He joined GlobalLogic in 2002 when it was 20 people. Today GlobalLogic employs nearly 3,000 people in 20 locations around the world. In recent years the company has emerged as the leader in a new category of outsourced software product development.
Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Harrison was SVP, Field Operations at Versata, a leading provider of rules automation software. While at Versata, he grew revenues from $1 million to $56 million in just four years. Harrison was instrumental in growing sales and service from 10 to over 300 people during the same period. Versata completed an IPO in 2000 that at the time ranked in the top 25 best openings of all time.
Prior to Versata, Harrison was a co-founder of Seer Technologies, where as VP Sales he helped grow revenues from $0 to $120 million in five years that resulted in the company completing an IPO in 1995. At Seer, he played a leading role in establishing international field operations that swiftly grew to represent over 50% of revenues. Harrison has a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Birmingham University, UK.

Jim Lynch
Jim is a founder and managing partner of Draper Atlantic. An experienced early stage venture capitalist, Lynch has worked with Tim Draper of Draper Fisher Jurvetson since 1990 as a general partner in the Polaris Fund.
Lynch made and monitored portfolio investments in early stage companies in information technology and new media at Polaris. Successful portfolio investments managed by Lynch include Redgate Communications, Medior (both of which were bought by America Online, "AOL"), and Preview Travel/Travelocity, a leading provider of airline tickets and vacation packages over the Internet. Prior to joining the Polaris Fund, Lynch taught finance at INCAE, a Costa Rican-based graduate school of business affiliated with Harvard University.

Shashank Samant
As president of GlobalLogic, Shashank Samant oversees the company’s business operations. Samant has been in the offshore product development (OPD) and software industries for over twenty years, heading key positions in both engineering and sales organizations.
Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Samant was president of Ness Managed Labs, where he built its OPD business from the ground up to nearly 3,000 people. He has also helped IBM set up its Indian operations and Hewlett Packard enhance its India lab presence. Prior to IBM, Samant helped Citicorp leverage offshoring and developed its FlexCube Banking product.
Samant is a frequent speaker in thought-leadership areas such as software R&D and globalization. He is also actively involved in bridging the gap between industry and academia.

Sanjay Singh
Sanjay Singh is the executive vice president of business management and organization development, and is a co-founder of GlobalLogic. In this role, Singh manages all aspects of the company's business operations, including on-boarding of clients, defining and evolving the company's service offerings, and ensuring client success. He has been intimately involved in defining the company's long-term plan and its corporate strategies.
Singh brings to GlobalLogic over 16 years of experience in the information technology industry. He started his career with Wipro as a software engineer and has extensive experience in the Telecom, Insurance and Finance domains. Singh's interests include US history and politics, as well as international relations. In his spare time, he likes to watch political shows and play tennis. Singh has a bachelors of engineering degree from the Government College of Engineering, Raipur, MP and a masters of technology degree from IIT Kharagpur.
