Munish Gupta: VP Consumer Unit
With over 16 years of experience in software services, Munish Gupta heads GlobalLogic’s Consumer Business Unit. His responsibilities include leading strategy and operations for the business unit, which operates from the company’s delivery centers in India and Ukraine. |
During his five years with GlobalLogic, Gupta has played many different roles within the delivery structure, from development manager to delivery unit head. He has extensive experience managing distributed teams for GlobalLogic’s clients. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Gupta worked for KPMG Consulting and Wipro Technologies.
Gupta is a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology – Delhi, and he has an Executive MBA from Indian Institute of Management – Calcutta.

Yuriy Goliyad: VP Enterprise Unit
With fifteen years of experience in IT and product development, Yuriy Goliyad leads GlobalLogic's Enterprise Business Unit. His responsibilities include business and operations management for unit delivery centers in India and Ukraine. |
Prior to GlobalLogic, Goliyad worked in engineering and business management positions within financial, telecommunications and research companies in Eastern Europe and the US. Goliyad holds a degree in applied mathematics and computer science from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

Viveka Ragukumar: VP, Enterprise Unit
With more than 22 years of software product engineering experience, Viveka Ragukumar spearheads the Enterprise Business Unit within GlobalLogic. Her responsibilities include business and operations management for unit delivery centers across multiple locations; she also incubates centers of excellence for data warehousing, finance and product support. |
She has mastered the art of converting captives into a service organization and has significantly contributed to the growth of the company’s business.
Ragukumar started her career as a systems programming engineer with Phillips India and has held various leadership positions at Tata Consultancy Services and HCL Technologies before joining GloablLogic. Her strong leadership skills, technical expertise and global product development experience have ensured a consistent delivery of quality products for GlobalLogic’s clients.
Ragukumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from P.S.G College of Technology. She also has an advanced diploma in Management and is PMP Certified.

Andrew Kalinovsky: VP, Healthcare & MS Technology Unit
From project manager to business unit head, Andrew Kalinovsky has over 15 years of experience in managing global software engineering services. As the head of GlobalLogic’s Healthcare Business Unit, Kalinovsky plans marketing strategy, oversees delivery, and participates in building client relationships. |
He is focused on understanding clients’ needs and helping them succeed, thus building trust and win-win relationships.
Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Kalinovsky founded one of the first software engineering outsourcing companies in Ukraine. He grew the company to 350 employees and worked with healthcare clients ranging from biotech start-ups to Fortune 500 juggernauts.
Kalinovsky holds a Masters degree in computer science from Kharkov State University of Radio-Electronics, where he graduated with honors.

Shashi Chaudhary: VP, Mobile Unit
With over twenty years of experience in software engineering, Shashikant Chaudhary heads GlobalLogic’s Mobile Business Unit. His responsibilities include leading strategy and operations for the unit. |
Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Chaudhary founded several GIS and mobile business solutions firms, including ADCC Research and Computing Centre, E-forum Systems and ADCC Infocad. He has also headed the department of computer technology at the YC College of Engineering in Nagpur, India.
Chaudhary earned a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering with honors from the Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering in Nagpur, India.

Arunabha Goswami: VP, Mobile Unit
With 18 years of experience in software product engineering and development, Arunabha Goswami heads delivery services for GlobalLogic’s Mobile Business Unit. His responsibilities include strategic and tactical decisions supporting account growth, and the management of partner relationships to maximize performance. |
During his five years with GlobalLogic, Goswami has held a variety of roles ranging from Delivery Manager to business unit Delivery Head. He has mastered distributed software product delivery while managing the Mobile Business Unit across different locations. Before joining GlobalLogic, Goswami worked with companies like Wells Fargo Bank and Wipro Systems.
Arunabha is an engineering graduate from Delhi College of Engineering.

Boris Shnayder: VP, Telecommunications Unit

s strategy and operations for the business unit, which operates from the company’s delivery centers in India and Ukraine. |
Shnayder joins GlobalLogic from Motorola, where he served as senior software manager. In this capacity, he managed large teams of software engineers distributed throughout the U.S., China, India and Russia.
Prior to Motorola, Shnayder served in a variety of positions at Telcordia, including executive director of the company’s Offshore Program Office.

With nearly thirty years of IT experience, Nick Sage heads GlobalLogic delivery services for the Telecom Business Unit. His responsibilities include operations management for the unit delivery centers in Ukraine and building client relationships. |
Prior to joining GlogalLogic, Sage founded Bonus Technology, a New Jersey-based software engineering outsourcing company.
Nick earned a M.S. in Applied Mathematics and Ph.D. in Computer Science in his native Russia.

Eli Schwarzfuchs: VP, Telecommunications Unit
With over 20 years experience in software engineering, Eli Schwarzfuchs, prior to GlobalLogic, was a co-founder of InterObject, helping grow it from a fledgling startup in 2000 to a leading provider of innovative intellectual property and advanced outsourced engineering services to the Israel market. |
Schwarzfuchs' experience includes a unique blend of business skills and great proficiency in managing multinational offshore development projects. He previously served as Software R&D Manager for AG Israel, a developer of automated tools for the semiconductor industry, which has since been acquired by Mattson Technology, a global innovator in fields related to integrated circuit fabrication. Schwarzfuchs holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.

Alex Agizim possesses years of experience in technology management, with specific expertise in the design of voice communication and video conferencing systems. |
Prior to GlobalLogic, he was R&D Manager and co-founder of InterObject, a leading provider of innovative intellectual property and advanced outsourced engineering services to the Israel market. Agizim formerly worked as a software engineer with numerous companies, including R&D Ltd. and Nulan Technologies, and as Group Manager with VCON Telecommunication, where he led development of Windows-based videoconferencing terminals. Agizim holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Lviv Polytechnic University in Ukraine.

Sachin Saxena: VP, Version 1.0 Unit
Sachin has over twenty years experience with technology start-ups and established software companies. His experience spans leadership roles in Product Development, Alliances and Professional Services. At GlobalLogic, Sachin heads the Version 1.0 and the Product Management Service offerings. |
Prior to GlobalLogic, he was Vice President of Product Management at E2open, where he worked with many Fortune 1000 companies to define a scalable and secure platform that generated millions of dollars in ROI. E2open's SaaS/On-demand platform was covered by analyst firms such as AMR Research and Gartner as "Visionary".
During the course of his career, Sachin has worked in the US, India, Japan, Singapore, Canada, and Europe. He also volunteers with PVC Ventures as part of their Business Advisory Program.Sachin has a BTech in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, MS in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Georgia Tech and a Sloan Fellow from Stanford Business School.

Mukul Jain: Chief Operating Officer & Head of Indian Operations
Mukul Jain has over 24 years of IT experience. At GlobalLogic, his responsibility is to augment the company’s operational capabilities in line with its aggressive growth plans. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Jain held leadership positions with HCL Technologies. |
As a member of the research and development (R&D) team, he participated in the creation of several products in the areas of operating systems, compilers, databases and multi-processor systems. In the last eight years at HCL Technologies, Jain was responsible for growing and managing the technology engineering services business. Towards the end of his career at HCL, he led a new initiative to create a technology research lab for architecture and design services.

Roman Khmil: Managing Director, Ukraine
Roman Khmil is responsible for managing the operations and delivery of GlobalLogic’s Ukraine development centers. Khmil has eight years of management experience in global product engineering, as well as a software engineering background in the telecommunications domain. |
Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Khmil served as a co-founder and managing director of Source Valley/Bonus Technology, where he helped grow revenues to $8 million in three years. Khmil’s responsibilities include developing innovative IT solutions and overseeing GlobalLogic’s Ukraine development centers. Khmil’s goal is to make GlobalLogic the number one IT employer in Ukraine.
Khmil holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Cybernetics department of Kiev National University, Ukraine.

Kirk Tang: General Manager, China
Kirk Tang brings more than 15 years of business development and management experience to GlobalLogic, including ten years in China/Asia-Pacific. As vice president of China operations, Tang leads GlobalLogic’s strategic expansion into the North Asian market, including China, Japan and Korea. |
Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Tang was vice president and general manager of the Asia-Pacific region for MobileAware, a leading mobile software platform provider headquartered in the US and Ireland. Tang has also held management roles at BEA Systems, Dell Computer, Versata and Ingram Micro. Tang holds a BA in International Management from California State University.

Pete Rogers: Vice President, European Operations
Pete Rogers brings to GlobalLogic over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. His responsibilities include spearheading the GlobalLogic sales efforts in Europe and building a sales and support organization to support the growing European client community. |
Rogers joins GlobalLogic from ITM Software Corporation, where he served as general manager and was responsible for establishing the company’s European operations. In this capacity, Rogers closed two of the company’s largest deals and was also the largest individual revenue contributor in the company’s history. Prior to ITM, Rogers held various sales and technical leadership roles in the IT sector, including VP of sales at both mBlox, the world’s largest mobile transaction network, and the Enterprise Software and Services firm Seer Technologies.
Rogers earned a Mathematics-Honors degree from Leeds University.

Naveen Gupta: Vice President, Finance
With over twenty years of experience in the areas of Finance, Accounts and Commercial Operations, Naveen Gupta is responsible for GlobalLogic’s Finance and Accounts departments. He has been instrumental in arranging several rounds of financing from the company’s venture capitalists, and he is also an active member of the M&A team.

Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Gupta served as VP of Finance at Xansa (India) Ltd., where he managed the commercial operations of the company and established multiple controls and finance systems. Gupta has also held financial management positions at J.K. Corp. Ltd., Star Paper Mills Ltd. and Bharat Electronics Ltd.
Gupta holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and certifications from ICSI and ICWAI.

Johan Broekhuysen: Vice President and Corporate Controller
With twelve years of accounting and finance experience in Africa, Europe and the US, Johan Broekhuysen brings to GlobalLogic a background in financial management that is well-suited to a multi-national environment. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Broekhuysen spent almost five years at AOL, where he served as the Director of Financial Reporting and Consolidation. In this position, he oversaw the company's consolidation and reporting functions, including SEC reporting. In prior roles at AOL, Broekhuysen was responsible for leading and managing several large back office infrastructure projects, including the offshoring of the accounting and other back office functions to Bangalore, India.

Broekhuysen has also served in various accounting and financial management roles at other large, publicly traded multi-nationals such as Unilever Plc, Qwest Telecommunications Inc., Metrocall Inc. and Norsk Hydro ASA. At these companies, his diverse responsibilities included strategic planning and budgeting, financial operations and implementing financially-based management decision-making practices.
Broekhuysen graduated from the University of Stellenbosch with a degree in Accounting and Economics; he is a licensed CPA.

Dmitry Lisitsky: Vice President of Corporate Development, Eastern Europe
As Vice President of Corporate Development, Dmitry Lisitsky is responsible for GlobalLogic’s Finance and M&A in Eastern Europe. Lisitsky helped found the technology company BonusTec/SourceValley, which was acquired by GlobalLogic in 2006.

In this position he was responsible for both the Finance and Business Development functions. Prior to this position, Lisitsky served as the Managing Director of Starcom MediaVest Group’s media buying center in Ukraine. Some of his clients included Philip Morris, Coca-Cola, Proctor & Gamble and Kraft. During this period, Lisitsky also headed the technical team for Ukraine’s TV Industry Committee. He currently serves as the President of the IT Ukraine Association.
